Carperformance.se has 1 year warranty from purchase date on all our products.

In no case whatsoever shall Sweden Carperformance AB. d.b.a Carperformance.se be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, special, or consequential damages of any kind, including, without limitation lost profits, shipping costs, fire, client or customer claims, theft, loss of parcels, broken and none operable radios/units or modules, loss of manufacturer warranty related to our services,items or conversions ,lost revenue, lost savings, loss of data, replacement costs, or any similar damages.
Refunds
Carperformance.se online store offers a 14 days return and refund policy (not shipping fee ) from purchasing date (if paid by paypal then paypal fee 2.9% + $0.30 will not be refunded as paypal stopped refunding the fees starting October 11, 2019.
If the purchaser decided to return the device, the order needs to be returned and to have arrived to our return address within 14 days
Returns must be well packaged, in original condition.
Return shipping is to be paid by the customer on all returns. *Unless deemed defective by Carperformance.se.
Customers located outside the EU Union will be responsible for all incurred shipping charges and customs duty/tax fees from or to Carperformance.se
• 15% restocking fee on any returned products (after the 14 day return policy). *Unless deemed defective by Carperformance.se
• We will not refund any incurred removal or installation charges under any circumstances.
• Any variation of shipping or product damage must be reported to Carperformance.se within 14 days of being received by the customer.
• Please allow 5-10 business days for any refund to be processed after received by our returns department for full inspection.
